I would like to make an edit to my original post. I have been having this issue since 0.60 was released, not 0.61 as my original post states.

If you give the DxDiag a quick search for '880' you will find it towards the bottom.

I disabled nVidia Share as per the instructions that you provided and unfortunately this has not resolved the issue.

{F56367}I do not use Fraps, only nVidia Share. In the screenshot attached, you can see the processes I was running when I attempted to enter the Steam Overlay. It still did not work. I attempted to close as many non-essential processes as I could, however some of them (e.g. nVidia ones) would just restart.

Like I said, I have been experiencing this from the 0.6 DayZ upgrade. When 0.6 DayZ came out, I was on a driver that was around 15 patches or so before v376.33. I have upgraded each driver from then until v376.33 and on wards. So yes, I still experience this before v376.33.

I receive this on both x86 & x64.
