GPS and vehicle compass missing in the layout options

Description

GPS and vehicle compass aren't in the layout options. They are still in the same I've had them but I can't move or resize them at all.

Steps To Reproduce

Game -> Layout and you don't see those two layout things in there.

Go in helicopter and toggle GPS still shows them in the old place.

Additional Information

Here's the options screen. As you can see there are no GPS and vehicle compass that you can see in the picture below.

Here you can see they're still working and they're in the place I've set them long time ago.

Yep this is in the main branch. Seems like you've slipped some parts of the new system in the main branch and that's why the UI layout is bit bugged.

Those left and right panels shouldn't exist in the main branch.

Seems to be fixed in the hotfix RC.
