It said Arma 3: arma3_x64.exe - Application Error

The exception unknown softwaare exeption (0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x4fd2811c.

I have Reinstall the whole game and unload/remove all the mod. Its still not working

How can I fix this error?

is that Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86 and x64)?

Same issue here. Reinstalling didn't work, all mods off, crashes every time.
