As titled, the player character's head's model sometimes disappears entirely. I've noticed this behavior only when wearing a balaclava. It has never disappeared the moment I put the balaclava on, only later so I notice when opening the inventory that the face is gone. Not fixable by removing the balaclava, only by logging in.

Steps To Reproduce
Try wearing balaclavas (I wore mine with helmets, most likely the Gorka helmet) and see if the character head model disappears (or turns invisible).
