Were there any specific actions you have done prior to the crash appearing? Any information might help.

All I remember was opening my inventory and trying to switch to the other gun I was (double carrying), but I did not complete the action of switching. (The action of dragging the hand slot to the other weapon on my back, but did not start the animation due to the crash)
