before i start off im posting this link: https://feedback.bistudio.com/T86129 which is the exact issue im having to the T ive tried everything listed. nothing works.

ending the process does nothing. once i tried to launch again it goes back to background. after a fresh restart of my computer, if i spam the launch i sometimes get lucky and get arma running but once i get that dredded fucking 3fps glitch, once i restart the game it goes back to the same issue. this is fucked man. i want to play the game and its fucked hard.

Hello,
try to restart Steam when this happen. Does the process in memory use only about 2-3 MB of memory?

issue has been solved: via https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/184867-arma-runs-in-background/

had to delete a reshader i didnt know i had

"Fixed it by removing "dxgi.dll" from the arma folder if anyone will ever have the same issue"
