@Triton101, could you use the Arma 3 Launcher to prepare a troubleshooting report and then upload the report to the feedback tracker for the developers to review? This report is different from the launcher logs that you have attached.

Work keeps me busy so just got home. Thanks for looking into the issue. Usually, I can play or have had no issues, but would be able to play for atleast 3 hours or so before I would get a bunch of major FPS lag. So bad that textures were missing and I couldn't even move in game, nor log out. Even Alt+Tabbing or going to task mgr to shut down the game wouldn't work. I would have to reboot the hole PC. Sometimes when it also does this it will just black screen on me. Seems to be getting worse by far.

Things I can tell you, all drivers are up to par, including windows. I have checked all my Temps in the PC and even during peak game play my gpu's stay around 70-80 CPU below 41. I have checked tsk mgr and it seems that even on MP during KOTH play that my cpu % is only about 41%, memory has seemed to be normal. However, just prior to making this post I had an actually error pop up during game crash though that said something with memory error, but my memory in my PC is good.

My PC Specs if that can help. Nothing is over clocked.

P.S. I verify Integrity of Game Cache in steam, 1file is usually missing, but is obtained. Seems to be the case often as well.

@Triton101 I checked your .rtp and it seems that you have played Exile mod in past (or actually playing), but I have not found any loaded Exile mode. Why I telling it? Your .rpt contains many .cfg files related to various sounds, faces, characters that you can meet in Exile or another Survival mods. (i.e. zombies) or KOTH These files was not found.
Do you playing Exile or some other zombie survival mod?
I recommend you to delete all files in workshop folder located in your Arma 3 root. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\!Workshop)
To see !Workshop folder in your root, you must have hidden files enabled or use Total Commander.
You can re-download all mods what you will need but rather try to re-install Arma 3 and download mods again.

Try to delete your profile folder (create a backup) a try to start the game.

The file yourprofilename.vars.Arma3Profile must be deleted.

I only play KOTH on hostiletakeover and have only been to assylum altis life server once or twice. Have not tried any other server. Have no mods I have personally installed. Will check that out when I make it back home tomorrow.
