Hello Hatzee and thank you for the report.
Are you certain it was an animal you have collided with? As animals currently do not have collisions against vehicles. However, we are aware of the issue with vehicles being launched in the air / falling under the texture upon crashing/rolling over and the issue is scheduled for a fix.
