as stated in the title: sickness due to infected wounds and especially:

Stage 3 – My wounds are seriously infected / I have seriously infected wounds
shouldn't be treatable/curable by using alcohol tincture alone. at this point the infection shoul have spread from the wound itself to parts/all over the body.

proposal:
Stage 3 infection -> curable only by using tincture and antibiotics
