When I open my inventory and the amount of items displayed differs by 20+ items, the game hangs for up to a minute, depending on the computers specs and the number of items.

Steps To Reproduce
- Put a stack of 40 apple on the ground.
- Open the inventory near the stack
- close the inventory
- move a little away from the stack
- open the inventory again and wait
