Well thats it, since Ive downloaded the 64-bit Version through the DEV-Build, my game keeps crashing. Ive reinstalled the Game, checked the cache reinstalled my graphic card drivers and its getting really annoyin. I have encountered the bug in the editor as well as on multiplayer servers.

@kaesi111, have you tried each and every one of the possible solutions listed here?
== "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Arma3_x64.exe" -noSplash -name=jkaes -unit=5251 -cpuCount=4 -enableHT -maxvram=4097 -world=VR "-mod=C:\Users\jkaes\Documents\Arma 3\@ares;C:\Users\jkaes\Documents\Arma 3\@cba_a3"
There are some discrepancies with the launch parameters.
-unit= is not a launch parameter.
-cpuCount= and -enableHT should not be used together. Try removing one or both of these parameters.
Issues can occur when -maxvram= is set over 2047 MB (~2 GB). Try removing it.
The loaded mods may be causing the issues. Try playing without any mods.
If none of these possible solutions help then please prepare and upload a new troubleshooting report for the developers to take a look at.
Hey thanks for the response. I have tried thoose solutions back at saturday but ill check your launch parameters out right now
Ok I have tried all your solutions including changing all the startup parameters and all the solutions in the crash feed. But I feel certain to say I know how to recreate the crashes now: I just peacefully build some missions and sometimes when I try the mission it crashes. It only happens after Ive build the mission for more than an hour and after the first initial crash the mission crashes everytime I try to play it. If I copy all the objects and scripts ive included in the mission into a new one the bug wont happen for another hour which is very weird but kind of a workaround. I have no more mods installed and a clean arma build on dev.
Oh one more thing it might be related to the latest update on the DEV-Build, the crash started happening on the release date of the latest update. If id be of any help I could also upload the mission files of one of the missions wich generates the crash for me. (Its probably a dank mission to play as well ;D)
I did some sience and I think Im getting close to figuring out this riddle. I set down all the graphic settings to banana (low) and the crash doesnt occur anymore but this only makes the crash more spooky :C
Furthermore the crash is probalbly related the texture quality (Objects; Terrain; eg.) And it happens most often in gorgetown. If I change my texture settings to low the game runs for ever and wont crash. On Ultra, things change for the worse. But my i7600k should be able to handle this it has been able to handle it before and it only runs on 56% whilst runnin ArmA. And I have 16Gb RAM which isnt even close to beeing used. Also its not temperature related my rig stays at 28°Celsius (thats 82°F or 301Kelvin in case you use a other temperature scale)
Hello,
You can try the last possible solution called All in One Runtimes tool.
- Download All in One Runtimes
- Repair your Visual C++, Java SE, Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Shockwave Player, Silverlight, DirectX
- Restart computer
- Launch the game
- Uninstall the tool
Or you can try reinstall your Direct.
or
Try to use some custom memory allocator.
Thank you for your report
I have reinstalled dx11 dx10 and all in one runtimes. Nothing changed Arma still crashes
I switched to profiling and the issue seems to be gone. Might just be placebo but the mission which crashed all the time doesnt crash anymore. The immense laggspikes are reduced to a resonable level as well. Ill keep trying and will report if the crash reocurres
