I dont know how to fix, all I did was download mods required to join a server via arma 3 sync and on launcher start up im presented with this crash

@damothemedic, I cannot see anything wrong with that arma3.rpt file that you attached. No mods are defined and there is no crash. Are you sure you uploaded the correct arma3.rpt file?
Also, if the game runs fine with mods, and then suddenly fails when mods are used then the mods are likely the cause of the issue. Bohemia Interactive cannot provide support for mods because they are community generated content. In that case contacting the makers of the mod(s) would be the best approach.
