  1. The link you provided doesnt show what you propably wanted to show. Try that one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EF1Nom3Fzyw
  1. Arma is a heay single core dependend system. AMDs CPU do NOT have a good single core performance
  1. You are using 6km object distance, that way to high try lowering it on about 2.5km. On my FX8350 the breaking point is about 3.5km
  1. Check your fact before doing conclusions. The same graphicscard can bring far more FPS is used in an Intel build.
  1. Feel free to ask how to improve you performance
  1. Arma has a ballistic, so when you reticle is adjusted for a further range you will shoot higher than the target. (Sry had to be)

I don't want to diminish the field of view.
6000 is ideal to not be killed without knowing where the shot came from.
I think the game needs DX12 for to use all kernels or this game need a new engine, this old engine is bad. ( This engine is obsolete. )
The other games I always have 60 fps

I would very much like to buy the new DLC but I not Purchase new DLC due to poor performance, I'll wait for the ARMA 4.

Thank you very much for trying to help me, Sorry for my bad English.

No other game is so CPU depending. Like i wrote it doesnot depend so much on the GPU. 6km view distance is way to much. The furthest shot i have witnessed was about 3.6km. So 6km is still pretty much especially on a weak cpu. Most servers have a lower view distance because of performance.

DX 11 is only a partial problem of the CPU load and adding DX 12 is by far not an easy task.
There are much more factors the could be fixed pretty easy (not by BI but by NVIDIA ).

Btw tell what the others are doing wrong getting good fps?

The furthest shot i have witnessed was about 3.6km. ( you're thinking too small )

long-range shooting 5km: https://youtu.be/ZWQ33pakaLs
long-range shooting 6km : https://youtu.be/80Y9sGBVv_A

So 6km is still pretty much especially on a weak cpu ??????????
The other games I can run on ultra settings at 60 fps SPIKED, my resolution is low 1440/900.
Only in the game ARMA 3 I have poor performance, I think the game is poorly optimized, old engine.

Are you a fan of the game, who won't admit that the engine is old?
or you're a producer who doesn't want to admit that the engine is old?
sorry but I think you're trying to "sell rotten fish"...

( ( ( DX 11 is only a partial problem of the CPU load and adding DX 12 is by far not an easy task. ? ? ? ) ) )
I'm not really worried about the difficulties that producers will have to fix that. because, that's their job is the profession they have chosen they must be good at what they do.
they make money producing games, they should fix the product they are selling.

I'm not here as a friend of the producer, I'm here as a consumed dissatisfied, and I hope improvements...

Sorry for my bad English.

This is not a place for ranting. This is a place for reporting bug ang giving or getting constructive feedback.

Your CPU Single core performance is weak thats a fact. (I am using a FX 8350 i know what im talking about )
ARMA is a kind of simulator , that means its very difficult to parallelize processes.
Some facts like dx11 is singlecore too or PhysX is not ALLOWED to be multicore are important too.
All in all you are complaining about something that has to do much with your rig.
Arma plays best on rigs with high cpu singlecore performances. Or you have to lower settings like the object view distance.
That was a constructive feedback to your problem.

I think that my feedback is constructive, but the will of the developer to fix it is not constructive.
My feedback is ARMA3 needs a new engine, they must update...

my friend has this spec:
i7 4790k
PNY GTX 970
16GB
ASUS FORMULA IV
SSD
performance it is also poor in ARMA3.

the problem is not the processor the problem is the old game engine.
I'm going talk to my friend, record a video to prove the bad performance.
until the end of the night I will post the video here...

We at 2016 all processors of the world has multiple cores.
all current games use multiple cores.

ARMA 3 NEED A NEW ENGINE.
I THINK YOU'RE A USED CAR SALESMAN
