Trying to fix low FPS lock by changing resolution first to lower then back to higher one, cause arma to run more instances of it self.
After some time first instance get black screen.

Steps To Reproduce
After getting low FPS lock:
- Go to video settings
- Change resolution to lower. FPS lock is still there.
- Change resolution back to higher one. FPS lock dissapears.
Right after that another ARMA instance starts to load. If you leave it there after some time(near 10-15 mins) first instance get a black screen.
