Offroad use always exterior sounds

Having turret with turn out ability will lead to incorrect reading of driver state
Because of that, offroad will always use exterior sounds - no matter if you are in 1st or 3rd person view

Steps To Reproduce
  1. place unarmed offroad
  2. switch to first person view
  3. check camPos value with vehicle player getSoundController "camPos";
  4. switch to third person view
  5. check camPos value with vehicle player getSoundController "camPos";
  6. notice that camPos stays at near 1 value, leading to muting of interior sounds

I´ve tried both of cameras with all types of offreads and souds are correct. Interior sound occurs at 1st person a exterior at 3rd person. If you can post some other repro (video for example) it will be great.

It happens only for driver since only driver is recognized as turned out character.
compare sounds of Offroad (Armed) with basic unarmed variant in 1st person view. If it's still not

that issue is present on stable (I think it's been like that since 1.54) & devbranch

also, on unarmed offroad it worth to check how sounds are played when following command is used
player action ["turnin",vehicle player] (of course, you need to be driver to hear that)
after using that driver will be once again able to hear interior sounds & able to switch seat

It´s more clear now. It seems that sound of unarmored offroad alone is okay. Another offroads has camPost vaule 0.
