It seems that certain clothing (face masks) make the head texture stretch out/morph in a weird way.

Steps To Reproduce
It might be item specific, which in this case I think it's the green camo face bandana.
Put green camo face bandana on character.
Play around and wait a bit.
It might take another player to see (which was me taking the screen shots in this case)
Additional Information
I think the server was low pop with ~100ms ping.

For me anyway, I'm able to get my face back by removing my gloves. Putting them back on does not immediately trigger the bug, but sometimes it returns later on.
