EDIT1: Not sure if recent update has fixed it (rangefinder update)
Have been playing experimental since out on unstable servers and gunshots have been working wonderfully until now.

Can confirm it too.. no gunshot sounds in distance (200+m)
Patch 0.61.136182 (November 17th) broke it.
Thanks for backing me up on this, was very unclear if I was the only one with this problem. It might be a player replication problem or linked to the no clothes at 200m problem.
Actually I don't hear distant gunshots anywhere now...so, or people don't shoot each other anymore, or i'm extremely unlucky, or this issue is real.
