The game starts on my main monitor(right monitor) then switches to my secondary monitor(left monitor) when I alt-tab. Sometimes the game starts on my main monitor and puts a black screen on my secondary monitor.

This is an issue we are aware of and it has been scheduled for a fix. Meanwhile we suggest you to use the borderless windowed mode, which can be toggled on by ctrl+alt+enter combination in menu / esc menu / char inventery.

Is there a fix coming for the gamma on the borderless windowed mode? It makes night time unplayable.
