When you select the option 'Empty' for a in-hand b95, the gun empties as expected but a continuous sound will play after.
When in this state and you choose to chamber the weapon, on completion of the loading animation, the gun 'fires' but no sound is played, no projectile is fired and the rounds remain in the gun.

Steps To Reproduce
Take a b95 to hands
Right click the b95 and select empty
When the animation is complete you should here a continuous loop of a particular part of the loading sound
Chamber the b95
When the animation is complete, take note of the 'firing' animation and muzzle flash - The continuous sound will also stop at this point
Additional Information
I had a hunting scope attached to b95
It did not matter if the gun was chambered or emptied, the result after selecting 'Empty' was the same
