Missing geometry and Z-culling pop-in error

I noticed a couple of graphical issues on my first .61 outing.

Some floating containers around Cherno, and also some pretty heavy geometry pop-in where the z-culling is happening to objects at a point where they should be visible. screens included

Steps To Reproduce

For missing geometry under shipping crates, go to co-ords in 1st screenshot.
For culling pop-in error. in Chernogorsk, in a heavily built up area go to the corner of a building and slowly strafe past the very edge of the corner of the building and buildings and trees pop in

We have confirmed the issues and they have been scheduled for a fix. Also, please create a separate ticket per each issue the next time you are reporting into the feedback tracker.

The issues have been resolved with the changes done to Chernogorsk in the 0.63 version.
