Does this issue occur only in dayz and only on the experimental branch? Can you check if you experience the issue in other games / upon rolling back to 0.60?

Does the issue also occur if you turn off all third party programs and run dayz only? Also, can you check if sticky keys are enabled in windows? You should be able to find the setting in Control Panel/ Ease of Access Centre/ Make Keyboard Easier To Use - http://disability.illinois.edu/sites/default/files/win_enable_sticky_keys_w640.jpg.

What do you mean by third party programs? Like everything else running aside or stuff directly involved with Dayz? Because Shadowplay is off, i don't have TS, no browser or media player open.
The only thing I have related to that would be a small java script that plays sounds from the mod, but I played a couple of times without it and the sounds where still quiet. And SweetFX
Aside of that I have: Skype (no active), AI suite, asus gpu monitor, realtek audio manager, my firewall, cfos speed, ccleaner monitor, wacom drivers, mouse driver and sometimes Origin (which I turn off when I remember , cause the notifications alttab me from the game)
P.S. Sticky keys are off.
