Drinking from a cooking pot makes the character unable to interact with anything
Need More Info, NormalPublic

Description

Took a while to notice the steps to reproduce this as it isn't something I often do in-game.

Drinking from a cooking pots results in the character being unable to do anything (well, besides movement).

Steps To Reproduce

The flag "sometimes" is a confident maybe. So far I have definitely done this 3 times (and very likely more and on different servers public/private) - enough to recognise the bug.

  1. open inventory
  2. double click a cooking pot with water in it
  3. scroll with the mouse to the option "drink all" and click
  4. after drinking the character cannot put the cooking pot back in inventory, cannot remove item from hands, cannot drop the cooking pot, cannot throw the cooking pot, cannot equip another item, cannot vault and cannot open closed doors. There were different contents in the cooking pot each time when it was drunk.

NB: relogging fixes this

Additional Information

Just a bug. Trying to find a workaround for it. Might try dropping pot to ground and drinking next time (Update: tried that too - pot on ground / mouse over the pot and scroll to 'drink all' (without using the inventory screen) and click / same effect as above).

Ahh.... I gotta say it - "I got a drinking problem" :P
Oh wait, no you guys have the drinking problem. Hang on, have I had so much I am I blaming someone else?

Tom Waits - "The Piano has been drinking" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3llvPIj_29g (err... is that a song for bugfixing life at BI? :-) )
