Hello Hatzee and thank you for the report.
Could you please go more into detail about the issue you are experiencing? Does the vehicle get stuck when shot with an arrow or does it bump into the arrow in the air? Do all types of arrows have this issue or is it just sharpened sticks? Also, you have mentioned spears, but currently the in game spears cannot be thrown in a way similar to shooting an arrow, do you possibly mean that the issue occurs when you place the spear on the road in front of the vehicle?

Well, if i a sharpened stick gets shot into the road or even an arrow, you can collide with it. It's super annoying because you aren't able to spot them, and its unrealistic.
