So I have been noticing this a lot lately, when I am jogging or springing, if I try to use the quick bar to switch weapons etc. very often it will simply not work. I either have to click the button 4 or 5 times to get it to switch or stop moving completely - which isn't any good in combat because if someone if trying to melee you while you are switching weapons you die

This happens on both public and private hive servers - I also notice it appears to be worse on those servers where my ping is in excess of 80-100ms.
It does still happen on those less than 50ms

Is this a bug or is this actually intentional as it is hugely frustrating when in combat
