Steps To Reproduce
It usually happens after a random action, for example once i got the bug immediately after using "G" to throw the gun (the gun instead just stayed bugged in my hands)

Yeah exactly like this, I remember one time this happened when I climbed a ladder with the gun in my hands, It should automaticly hostler but sometimes it doesn't and this happen, my friend had the same glitch after drinking (gun was not automaticly hostlered)
