Casually going to play dayz and when i went to connect to a server and absolutely no server showed up,not on internet,favorites,history,nor when i tried to connect to a remote server.i also tried restarting steam and the game several times.
also tried rebooting my wi-fi router in case it was any network error.

did you make sure your Filters were all off?
e.g. not password protected and not latency capped

update:i have deleted the KMSpico files from my PC and now it works.so it seems that was the problem all along.sorry for all the trouble
