thank you for the feedback.

Could you please provide some repro steps on how to reproduce the crash, that is if there are repro steps that are applicable that would result in the crash.
If not, some info about when the crash have happened will be welcome also.

well I used the CUP vehicles mod (which uses CUP weapons, CUP units and CBA 3 : http://cup-arma3.org/download )

Caused after windowing and maximizing window with Alt+Enter or so

Seems like an 0xC0000005 error. For now I would recommend these steps if you haven't done so already.
