I have experienced this bug twice. Whilst double carrying weapons ( M4 in hands both times ). When i go to vault over a fence my character does the remove from hands animation and after vaulting the M4 is in 1 hand instead of both. I relog to see if the m4 would sort itself out however when i join back it disappears.
Keep in mind i have only experienced this twice and it does not happen every time.
This is in .60 stable on a private server both times, different private servers.

Steps To Reproduce
- Double carry primary weapons.
- Sprint to a fence, tap the Vault button ( V )
- Weapon is held in one hand
- Relog and then the weapon is gone.
Keep in mind that both times i have experienced the bug, an m4 has been in my hands.

The issue no longer occurs due to the changes in the game, therefore I am going to close this ticket. Also, the old animation system is going to be replaced in the future, which should resolve similar issues that are in the game.
