Weird pond rendering With Elevated fog levels

Description

Ponds render weirdly if fog is at at any level (when its set to 0 they will just render in a very brown color at high distances.) the higher the fog level the weirder they will render. If you are at a close distance (1 to 10m) they will appear almost normal, but with some weird colors in them. As you get further and further, the pond's color will change from a whole spectrum, from brown to blue to an ultra bright white. The only way to see the pond properly is getting very close to them in a no fog environement.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open a map in Eden Editor that has ponds
  2. Set fog in the intel page to something high (the greater the level the most notable the difference)
  3. Look at any pond
Additional Information

Tested in: Esseker, Chernarus (CUP version) and Takistan (Also ported by the CUP)

This issue started to happen only after the visual upgrade
