Description

I am pretty upset that I can't figure out how to get this game to launch. I made an account, I linked an account, I checked my drivers, I ran as adminstrator, I've tried reaching out to customer support via email only to have the web page crash too. I haven't used mods nor know how to. Seems like a total scam right now. So I am here.

My game crashes and I get "ARMA 3 APPLICATION ERROR 0x0000000742EBL8" "EXIT CODE:0x000DEAD-" "WARNING PRENLOD FORMAT IN OBJECT A3/STRUCTURES_F_EXP/COMMERICAL/WARHOUSES/WARHOUSES_02_F.P3D"

Additional Information

Disappointment that I'll probably never get customer support. All my other games work fine! Just not this one. I have a brand new rig, 1-76700K, 1070gpu, 16gb ram, ect. Makes no sense. Might as well just go ask Steam for my money back. Really wanted to play a military game that wasn't EA. Oh well.

Tried to add more from the compressed file but I keep getting upload failures. Hopefully there's enough here to help. I'll give it a few hours and if nothing happens here I am getting a refund. Shame, game looked fun.

thank you for the feedback.

An update was released yesterday afternoon so please try to check whether the issue has been resolved.
After the update, it is also recommended to check the integrity of the game cache via Steam (recommended after every larger update)

Steam > right-click Arma 3 > Properties > Local Files tab > Verify integrity of game cache

Please let me know whether issue still persists.
