I played around with my cpu settings. Pushed my NB frequency a bit and disabled thermal throttle (AMD FX 4300be). Now the dayz animations are running at least triple as fast. My Movespeed is massive but im also rubberbanding a lot. Without fraps the problem vanishes.

serveral games tested. all work fine. arma II and III running perfect. Sorry for my late reply.

If it is possible, could you write down all the settings you have changed in your bios? for example: name - setting (default setting).
