I don't really remember the exact location of theses houses.

It is usually located near the coast near Electro and Cherno.
Next time I see this type of issue i'll look on the map where I am and answer ASAP

We have found some of the houses with clipping issue in the area, though not exactly the same objects were clipping as on the screenshot provided by you. In case you come across the particular building that can be seen on the screenshot provided by you, please post the coordinates here if possible.
