Hello Hatzee and thank you for the report.
Are you sure the vehicle was not destroyed and left there by another player? As crashing the vehicle will damage the engine and it is possible to destroy the engine completely. When that occurs the vehicle will not be fixed by adding wheels, fuel and such.

It had no wheels, it did have a ruined spark plug in it tho.

Hello Hatzee.
Currently there is no indicator of the vehicle being destroyed, other than the vehicle not starting up. We are aware of the fact that this may cause confusion or issues and we plan to add some kind of indicator in the future.
