So I recently came across this bug - it's the ability to repair a Gorka helmet with visor back up to pristine. Have not tested if it works without the visor. Have also not tested if it works from worse states than worn.
The bug seems to be that the stone knife specifically heals this helmet instead of damaging it.
cheers
-get Gorka helmet (worn)
-get Gorka helmet visor (worn)
-get spray can (either color)
-spray Gorka helmet
-attach visor, you now have a worn Gorka helmet with visor
-get stone knife and another person
-put on helmet
-get hit with stone knife a couple of times
-your helmet is now pristine
