I am able to use the TOPOGRAPHY cheat in the 2D Editor and export any map loaded. You can still use this method in the Eden Editor and get the activated message but will not get the file exported. I have searched over my system for the file.

Steps To Reproduce
Run arma3.exe as admin
Open Editor
Select Map
Hold Left Shift and Num Pad Minus at the same time and release
Blindly type TOPOGRAPHY
Should see an activated message
File should be in root C:\
