Event Timeline

Same thing happens to me, FPS drops to 1 or 2 for a couple seconds, then I'm dead.

I'm making a little research removing the page file into the Windows 7 64 bits to reduce the hard disk overhead reading the pagefile and the game file archives.

But to me this is very strange because this only happens in close combat not in a relative long distance to the target.

I think this is not related with the page file instead I think is a desync-resync problem based inside the net code in the game plus.

I dont see this problem in any other game in my steam library. I try wtih BF4, Insurgency, etc.

I too received it, as at you.
Options didn't solve a problem with the File of pumping.
For me the problem of falling of a shot was considerably solved. I adjusted BIOS on the ASUS Z97-K:
-CPU Configuration
Intel Virtualization Technology [Disabled]
When set to [Enabled], a VMM can utilize the additional hardware capabilities provided by
Vanderpool Technology. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]

-That Who uses on PC SSD. In BIOS, in the section "CPU Configuration", the Dynamic Storage Accelerator parameter - to apply "Disable".
-In OS I switch off an antivirus and the Brandmauer of Windows.
The problem isn't solved in full, but there is a good gain and stability.

This is not relative to the issue.

The "Vanderpool" technology is a old fashioned way to speak about VM-x that doesnt exist anymore now is called (VT-x).

And there's no negative impact enabling this technology.

The de-sync/re-sync issue is related to client/server networking.
