I've notice that, recently, the Mosin 9130 became incredibly hard to find. I haven't found a Mosin in weeks, I think the spawn rate for them need to be tweaked to make them easier to find. Also I think they should be made a common spawn for the Wooden Hunting Cabins, because it just makes sense.

Hello LazarusDayZ and thank you for the report.
We have tested this thoroughly both internally and on current stable and the Mosin 9130 does spawn in the game. However, the amount of weapons and ammo spawning has been purposely decreased recently, so the weapons may seem harder to find in general.
