Masks (specifically the gas mask) do not seem to provide any protection against punches and blows from other players. I could understand why I wouldn't be able to protect against an axe blow, or something sharp, but I should protect punches at least a little bit. I get knocked out from 2 punches while wearing a Pristine Gas Mask and a Beanie, while the guy I'm fighting get hit in the back twice and and helmet once with a Fire Axe, and he didn't go unconscious! His helmet wasn't even ruined!
