Appears 30 min timer or less disappears on ground when placed with items inside it. Container does not last.

are we going to have all containers lasting 4 hours? defeated my purpose in finding one, to bring back to my tent. I had to find a tent so i could put the plate pouches in it till i got a plate carrier.
SO i put it on the ground with a small backpack taloon.
Backpack was there but no pouches with apples and matches in it once i got back with a tent.
