Hi, so the other day, I found a Sedan and fixed it up. After a while of driving it around, the game slowly started to drop in frames. It started at around 70-80 frames and downgraded to around 5-8 frames. The lag only happens when the vehicle is moving. When it's stopped, or I get out of the car, the frames go back up to 70-80. But here's where the weird part comes in. I was driving around the map with 8 frames, until I went to Chernogorsk. Now, it was still laggy there so long as the car was moving, but when I went over the few bridges in Chernogorsk, my frames went back to normal. This also happens when I go over a train track. The frames go back to 70-80 while I'm moving. What I think, is that when the car is elevated, the lag is eliminated.

Steps To Reproduce
Find a car, and drive it for a while. When it begins to dip majorly in frames, bring the car to Chernogorsk, or wherever there is a bridge. Drive the car over the bridge and note the difference. This works for any part of the map where the road is elevated off of the ground.
Additional Information
I've only done this with the Sedan, I have no idea if you would get the same results in another vehicle.
