So as title says. i drove on train tracks , my fps went up to 100 fps. Instatly as i went back to offroad just right by the train tracks, my fps went down to 20-30 fps again.

Because it is not optimized graphics or CPU cores, try to turn your power options to performance in windows 8. Also windows 10 you might find a good boost in fps.
what graphics card are you using and explain a little about your tower?
There is a memory reference issue atm with my tower and not sure what. It will take fps to 9 then back up to 150fps again. In trucks i had no issues at 60+ in 3rd.
