Get In / Get Out waypoint don't properly assign vehicles

Description

  1. If a group gets into a vehicle and has already been into one only leader gets assigned to the new vehicle.
  2. If a group gets out of a vehicle the vehicle will still be assigned.

My second point might be intended behaviour but with my first point taken into account, there's definitely something wrong.

Steps To Reproduce

Place a group of at least two soldiers in the editor. Order them to get into a vehicle by waypoint. Order them to get out by waypoint. Order them to get into another vehicle by waypoint: Only the leader will get into the new vehicle. Other members will get into the old one.
