Lag spikes when dynamic events and players are within range.

Description

This is an old bug so you guys are probably aware of it. If you are withing range of objects they cause a pretty heavy lag when they are first in range. Maybe there is a way to reduce the load so that our characters aren't being slowed down? I always know when a player is near because of this lag that happens or at least a heli or police car.

Hello Kathara2012 and thank you for the report.
If it is possible, can you post slightly more detailed description of this issue in the comments here? For example, does it always lag for you when the dynamic events are nearby or does it occur only the moment you are in their range for the first time? Is the manifestation of the issue a lag or is your game freezing/ stuttering / fps dropping?

This happens when they come in range for me. For example I am in a field and running and then i get this lag. I then know that there is either a player/heli/police spawn or vehicle spawn in range. I also get it when something spawns in. I think it is related to object distance and things just rendering in when you get within that range. The game slows down like it is being bogged down for a second and the frames do drop briefly then go back to normal. There is no freeze just feels like it needs to load the object then the frames go back to normal.
