I found a larger back pack in a shed, transferred items first to the new one on the ground swapped back packs, picked up old one in hands by mistake pressed G to throw away lol then i flow onto the ground where the back pack should of gone then my character went into the unconscious animation but my screen did not go black with the writing saying so I just laid there unable to move or look around! But i was able to open inventory choose a can to drink and that sorted the animation problem!!!
