Hotbar doesn't save more then three items even if you have more slots then three (backbag, hunter gear and vest).

Steps To Reproduce

Have more then three Hotbar quick use slots, put items from different clothing put items in them.
Log out/Exit game
Log in/Start game
You only have three items in your Hotbar.

Sometimes I have nothing on my hot bar when logging in and I only use 1,2,3.
