0.60: white square showing at the center of the screen for a split second

Description

Sometimes at random situations i see a white square for a split second. I now managed to isolate an occurance on one of my game recordings.
It was visible there for two frames, and overlayed the central crosshair (it was in the center of the screen).
I don't know what causes it, and what meaning it has, maybe you noticed anything simmilar.

Saw it before too. No special occassion, just happened.

I'm also seeing it too, it looks completely random.

It happened a lot to me aswell, even though I don't think it is completely random since it never happened during long walks from one city to another.

I have the same issue, starting to think it might be BE related. Scanning the screen for ESP or some sort.
