Hello, this morning I ran around the green mountain and all of a sudden I started getting messages im burning, my face is melting and and began to take down the health. My screen is now very grey and im going to die :)

Are you wearing a Ghillie Suit? Got the Same while wearing a Full Ghillie.

Created a ticket with this issue + reproduction steps. You will have to take it off to get rid of the effect but after some time this will happen again.
