Sometimes when I start the client, my action bar (or how do you call the bar where I put equip for quick select with 1-0 keys) gets placed too low - lower 1/3 of it is cut-off below edge of display. This is always acompanied with inability to control Brightness, Gamma and other graph parameters. Full exiting the game typically fixes the problem.
