Vectoring Not Working as Expected in Apex/Tanoa
Acknowledged, NormalPublic

Description

Vectoring does not appear to be working as expected within Apex/Tanoa.

  1. Vectoring cannot be activated by joystick button, when mapped to Auto Hover On and Auto Hover Off actions. Although using 'x' does enable/disable vectoring.
  1. Activating or deactivating vectored thrust using the 'x' key does not always work immediately as expected. (ie. Engines remain in current position for some time.)
  1. With vectoring off, using the throttle/thrust in excess of 90% turns thrust vectoring (or wing fans) on. Likely vectored thrust (or wing fans) should not be enabled when thrust is above 90% when vectoring is switched off? (But I'm not sure about this.)
  1. Vortex aircraft cannot usually perform simple taxing, with the vortex aircraft stuck in park or vector mode. (Work around, momentarily hover while trying to maneuver vectoring to a forward movement position, will usually restore taxing ability.)

Steps To Reproduce

Use vectored thrust feature within the VTOL aircraft.

Additional Information
NOTE: VECTORED THRUST IS DIRECTED USING THE FLAPS UP AND FLAPS DOWN ACTIONS OR BUTTONS! SO VECTORING MAYBE LIKELY WORKING AS EXPECTED!

TO FIX: Make mention within the user manual, thrust vectoring is maneuvered using flaps up and flaps down keys.

STILL PROBLEMS: The Blackfish vortex aircraft have flaps on the wings, so it is unknown if there are any other vortex controls (other than the already defined flaps controls/actions/keys) with this aircraft! The effects of this are, extremely difficult to taxi on the runway during take-off or simple taxing without leaving the ground. During vertical landings, seems there are no keys to activate vertical thrust for confined environment landing.

I've got similar issue

What actually "fix" this, is one keystroke of keyboard "throttle" (LShift). After pressing - engine changes instantly.

It's still unusable to fly with analog, but there is tip for programmers.
