In this update overheating seems to be bugged. When wearing anything other than fresh gear, you will become hot very quickly.
The only solution is to sit in a pond for like 30 minutes when over heating.

Steps To Reproduce
Put on full gear (ie full military gear).
Run around for like 5 minutes.
Will be overheating
Will need to stand in pond for a while.

i had the same issue. Only way to get normal again is dieing. I tried everything and couldt get rid of Hiperdemic status.

I found standing in a pond and having the drenched status indicator, it will go away in like 30-45mins. Which is ridiculous.
